Please read our Returns Policy carefully to see if you’re eligible for a return, replacement or refund. If 30 days have gone by since you made your purchase or your refund request doesn’t meet our policy, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
In the case of receiving damaged goods, email our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and images of the damaged goods. We’ll judge each case per its basis and offer a refund or replacement, depending on your request.
Please note that customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Please verify your shipping address during the checkout process, prior to submitting your order. We are unable to replace any orders that do not comply with this policy or refund them directly.
OTHER RETURN REASONS
We are unable to accept or process any other return requests, especially if the item has been opened and used. If there’s any reason why you would want to return the item that you think it’s justified, please email us at email@example.com to discuss (we’re very understanding).
We cannot refund the initial shipping costs in the event that we allow a return. Thank you for understanding!
CANCELING AN ORDER
Orders are processed immediately once they are received so we can get them out to you as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel orders or make changes to your order information.
We cannot exchange a product for another or provide you with store credit.
