Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. As a new company, we’re still working on improving our shipping time, costs and distribution capacity.

WHEN IS MY ORDER GETTING SHIPPED?
Once your order is processed, it can take between 2-6 days for it to be shipped in the UK, and between 6-12 days to arrive in the rest of the European countries we ship to.
Please note that international orders require extended shipping time and we are not responsible for delays at customs, nor can we guarantee an exact delivery date.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
Due to Brexit’s custom and regulation changes, we are unable to ship to EU and international addresses at the moment. Check this page for updates, as we’re working on getting our products delivered on a larger scale.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Shipping costs are based on weight (and other factors) and provided directly by our shipping provider. Our shipping costs (and estimated delivery times) can vary depending on your order and location and will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
To see an estimate of the shipping costs of an order, please add all the desired items to cart and add your exact location. You will be able to see the exact shipping charge before checking out.
Please note that any other charges (customs fees, taxes and import duties that might be charged at arrival) are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country.
OTHER SHIPPING INFO
We will make every effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand.
You are also responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Please verify your shipping address during the checkout process, prior to submitting your order.
